During Sept - Oct 07 if the author faces any difficulty at the JCDR Pre Publishing ^New, they can alternatively submit manuscript via email at submit@jcdr.net . While doing so the author should clearly mention what problem they faced at the JCDR Pre Publishing. This feedback will help us improve the Manuscript Management Portal further.
