Numerous variations in the coronary arteries have been recorded and published by many authors, but in spite of it, newer ones are being found and are being reported. In this article, a spectrum of variations in the coronary arteries and their main branches like the additional anterior and the posterior interventricular branches, one new anastomosis and a new mode of termination of the right coronary artery have been reported.
